I would love to say that I had a love of photography from a very early age however, that would be a small white lie. In fact, when my mother took me to buy a camera for my trip to Europe I remember pronouncing that I wanted something simple with very few buttons that you could just point and shoot with.

Fortunately, my love for travelling and my desire to record my travels meant that I was able to take loads of pictures and learn that there was a bit more to photography than just pointing and shooting.

I have been lucky enough to live in four countries (USA, Estonia, UK and the Netherlands) and travelled to many more. I currently live in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and when not taking photos and travelling, I enjoy reading, listening to music and starting new projects.

My main camera is a Sony Alpha 300, which I lug, I mean carry delicately, around in a great Crumpler bag.
